Our scribes are adept at listening, drawing, and facilitating, and we use every skill at our disposal. When you need visual note taking, collaborative workshops, or strategic illustrations, drop us a line!
When we say we’re a “collective”, we mean it. Our network of fellow scribes come from all over. We have a number of graphic recorders in the Chicago area, and we love traveling there, too (shout out the the Art Institute of Chicago!).

At the Conclusion of the Meeting
could your meeting use a little shine? we can hand-draw a live, real-time synthesis of what you present or discuss.
If you choose the analog route, you’ll watch us draw as the action takes place, which helps your audience keep their focus on the content. Then you can display our finished work around the room, in hallways, and on walls, so that your participants can see an immediate recap of the meeting.
Digital
If you choose the digital route, you can project our scribing as we do it, or wait until the end and project it immediately after the action. Then you can display our finished work anywhere there’s a connected screen. You’ll get the digital files afterwards.
We send you the digital files of either photographs (analog) or digital canvases that you can share however you see fit. Your attendees will refer back to these visual notes much more frequently than they will meeting minutes or powerpoints. In fact, participants often take their own photos of them, share them, and refer back to them later on in the meeting and after the event ends!
