ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to design creative, collaborative experiences that help organizations improve communication, clarity, and consensus.

Why COLLECTIVE?

We are stronger together.

We're joining forces with each other—and with you, our clients—to more effectively navigate our ever-changing environment. We all want what’s best for each other.

When we need a larger team to accomplish our shared goals, we call on our trusted, wide network of talented, creative, and experienced colleagues.

Why “Kelpworks”?

Kelp may look unassuming, but it forms aquatic forests that support biodiversity, generate oxygen, and even control the strength of waves hitting the coast. It is an infrastructure that helps our planet thrive. This is what we want to be for our partners.
